FALA Annual Conference 2014

Alzheimer’s Research Foundation made its very first appearance at the Vendor Event at the FALA (Florida Assisted Living Association) Annual Conference!!! This year’s event was held at the beautiful Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida. We met some pretty amazing people who shared their story and experience with Alzheimer’s Disease.

We would like to thank all of you for visiting our booth and learning about the research we support with the McKnight Institute of the University of Florida and learning about one of their latest studies using peanut butter to measure the sense of smell which can lead to early detection. Please click on the link below to see the video.

We would like to also thank FALA for hosting such a wonderful event and having us there to represent awareness and support for a cure for Alzheimner’s Disease.

In Memory of Don McLellan

A beauiful testimonial from Cathy and Bernie Szybura…

In Memory of Don McLellan
The Uncle Don that I knew has been gone for several years now, but his body finally gave up last week. His suffering is done. Now our family must mourn his departure from this world. Our hope is that this disease will ‘depart’ this world with help from researchers like these. Good luck in the fight to end Alzheimer’s!

Alzheimer’s Research Foundation would like to thank everyone who has and will donate

In the Loving Memory of Don McLellan.
